Message	Short version: Nice guy at PepBoys types my info into the cash register, and it shows a $40 pro-rate on my battery. He asks "is that ok"? I say, "only $40?, But it has 2 more years of warranty". He says "Let me try something else". He gets me an $89 credit, and then changes the price from $169.99 to what I paid 5 years ago......$109.99. So I had to spend $22 today to get a new battery. On the way home, I realized even the $40 credit from a $109 purchase 5 years later wasn't so bad anyway. ummmmm..can we just post about cars? (n/m) - College Boy 08:55:03 04/28/05
